Congratulations to Amanda Lin who has been named a 2026 Student Governor's Award Winner: Exceptional Artistry and Community Leadership in Dance.
Amanda is currently in her fourth year at Edison High School, and before coming to the United States, she received classical dance training in Taiwan, where she studied traditional Chinese dance. Her technical discipline, artistry, and maturity allowed her to progress quickly, advancing to Dance III Honors and continuing to challenge herself at every level.
Dancers from all over New Jersey apply for the Governor's Award, but only 8 were chosen. We're so proud of you Amanda, way to go!
