Edison Township Public Schools proudly celebrates Mrs. Pamela Eng, Third Grade Teacher at Lincoln Elementary School, as the 2025 Middlesex County Teacher of the Year. She began her career at Lincoln Elementary School, where she also completed her student teaching, and has proudly remained there since 2015.

Dedicated to fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in her students, Mrs. Eng eads by example both inside and outside the classroom. As co-chair of the Community Service Committee, she has spearheaded initiatives such as food drives, support for local families, and fundraising for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She also established a Free Little Library to increase access to books and promote literacy in the community.

Known for bringing learning to life, Mrs. Eng incorporates hands-on STEM projects, including 3D printing, to spark creativity and collaboration. She organizes school-wide literacy events such as the Tournament of Books and The Masked Reader, cultivating a love of reading across the school.

Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education should be engaging, inclusive, and transformative. She fosters a classroom environment where every student feels valued, encouraged to explore their interests, and connected to the world around them.
