New Incoming Integrated Preschool

Please complete the Enrollment Packet and email to enrollment.registration@edison.k12.nj.us and include:

·        Child's birth certificate, passport or other official document indicating legal name and age

·        Notarized contract

·        Acceptance letter

·         Immunization record

·        Proof of residency (4 total required)

·         Parent/Guardian’s Photo ID

(If possible, please attach all documentation to one email)
