Dear Parents/Guardians of JMI MVPs,

Parent-Teacher conferences are an excellent time for you to communicate with your child’s teacher(s) in order to partner together in the educational process.  We strongly encourage all of you to take advantage of this opportunity. Our Parent Teacher conferences will take place on the following dates:

Tuesday evenings, March 5 and March 12 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• For 5^th Grade Only
  • Thursday, March 7 – Mrs. Coscarelli/Ms. Misko and Mr. Hackworth/Ms. Hunter
  • Friday, March 8 –Mrs. Benson/Mr. Bonner
  • Wednesday, March 13 – Mrs. Nuesa, Mrs.Mosko, Mrs. Landrove and Mrs. Neri

JMI will be using Sign Up Genius to schedule appointments for our March Conferences. Starting on Friday, February 22, at 3:30pm, you will be able to schedule a time to meet with your child’s teachers on Sign Up Genius using the following steps:

Step 1:  Scroll down to see the list of teachers available for conferences. Please note that some teachers (Mrs. Bischocco, Mr. Borselli and Mrs. O'Brien) are only available one night.

Step 2:  Click on the link on the main page that says, “Click Here to schedule a Parent Teacher

Conference.”

Step 3:  Click on the teacher(s) you would like to meet with for a conference.

• For Fifth Grade, you are only signing up for your child’s homeroom You will see both sets of teachers during your one appointment.

Step 4:  Once you are on the teacher’s Sign Up Genius page, click the box that says “Sign Up”

for the time you would like to meet. Click “Submit and Sign Up” on the bottom on the page.

Step 5:  Enter your child’s name in the box. Check the date and time that you signed up for.

Click “Sign Up Now” to book the appointment or click “Cancel” to select another time.

Repeat steps 2-5 for all the teachers you would like to meet with for Parent Teacher Conferences. We ask that you please avoid scheduling last minute/same day appointments.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher.

Please remember that school will have a 1:30 Dismissal on March 5 and March 12 due to conferences.
