Online Learning Help Desk

The Online Learning Help Desk staff assist staff and students with a variety of technical queries such as device repairs, login questions, e-mail account sign-in, Edison Public School’s Google Suite navigation, and technical questions regarding personal computer systems requirements and troubleshooting. Staff members provide technical support through email, walk-in assistance, appointments, and telephone.

 

Device Repair / Support Request Form

Please visit your school website and click on the link Online Learning Repair Request. Please fill out the form and follow the directions for device drop-off and pickup. If your repair is longer then 30 minutes, you will receive a loaner device if available. You can email help.desk@edison.k12.nj.us for device status updates.

Technical Support Request Form

The best way to get general technical help from the Online Learning Help Desk is to e-mail the Online Learning Help Desk at help.desk@edison.k12.nj.us. Help Desk e-mail is monitored throughout the workday. A Help Desk staff member will contact you within 4 hours during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Staff Walk-In Assistance

Online Learning Help Desk staff is available during normal business hours via a scheduled appointment, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This will be scheduled via email through our Online Learning Help Desk at help.desk@edison.k12.nj.us

Off Hours - Make an Appointment

If normal business hours do not fit into your schedule or you need additional help beyond walk-in assistance, contact the Online Learning Help Desk at help.desk@edison.k12.nj.us  to set up an appointment with a member of the Help Desk staff or schedule a remote troubleshooting session.

The Help Desk may be reached at 732.452.4998, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message and your call will be returned no later than the next business day.
