Year Book News

We know it is just the beginning of the year, but we will blink our eyes and the end of the year will be right around the corner. To help us parents and our children take in and save all of the wonderful memories made here at James Monroe, we need your pictures for the yearbook.

 Once again, the yearbook website has been created with the help of Shutterfly. The site address is:

 www.jmclassof2013.shutterfly.com

 We will be using pictures up loaded from teachers, family, and friends in the yearbook. Please upload to the created event folders, ie Harvest Eve, Halloween, etc. There is a folder labeled 2011-2012. Should you have any pics from events held at the end of that school year, please upload them. We may be adding pictures that weren’t able to make it into last year’s yearbook.

 One difference to the site this year is that, to protect our school and our children, the site will remain private. What this means is, the first time that you log in you will be asked to send a request for approval. It would be helpful if you could please state your student’s name and their teacher in this request. Once you are accepted, you can upload your pictures to be considered for inclusion in this year’s edition.

 Further information regarding boosters and the family ads will be coming in the near future.
