Welcome back to a new school year! As a gentle reminder toreturning parents as well as notification to new parents, I would like toreview the medication policy.  No medication should be sent to schoolwithout a specific Schoolmedicationorder from your child’s physician (HS form #7, Asthma Action form or HSform#30A, Allergy Emergency Treatment). The medication should remain in theoriginal pharmacy labeled container. Due to the age of our students, childrenshould not be sent to school with medications for them to self-administer.

Medication will only be returned home with thewritten consent of the parent. This excludes the Epipen, which can only bepicked up at the nurse’s office by the parent or designated adult. If there areany questions, please feel free to contact me. Looking forward to a healthyschool and safe year!
